Angela Mincey is a dynamic and visionary leader known for transforming organizations through strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and people‑centered leadership. With more than two decades of experience spanning global partnerships, IT project management, business development, and organizational strategy, Angela has built a reputation as an influential catalyst for growth and innovation.
Before stepping into the CEO role, Angela led impactful initiatives across both the public and private sectors, including serving as a Senior IT Project Manager for the U.S. Courts–Federal Judiciary, where she oversaw mission‑critical technology projects and cross‑departmental collaboration affecting the national judicial system. Her leadership ensured operational continuity, improved change management processes, and elevated standards for project governance.
Angela’s global experience includes senior roles at Okta and Netgate, where she built and scaled partnership ecosystems responsible for significant portions of organizational revenue. She drove double‑digit channel growth, crafted
high‑performing partner programs, and strengthened global alliances through strategic planning, enablement, and data‑driven decision‑making. Her leadership consistently earned recognition from cross‑functional teams, executives, and international stakeholders.
Earlier in her career, Angela spent seven years as a Business Development and Partnerships Senior Manager, where she established new market strategies, drove customer engagement, and managed multi‑divisional initiatives that positioned organizations for long‑term success. She has also held pivotal roles in accounting, asset management, and healthcare operations—bringing a rare depth and breadth of operational understanding to the CEO seat.
A lifelong learner and advocate for organizational excellence, Angela holds an MBA in International Business from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and professional certifications in project management and financial services. She is recognized for her exceptional communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to cultivate high‑impact relationships across industries.
